BACK TO BACK RACKING SYSTEM
Multi palletized racking systems, is especially good for storing high amount of brandly equiponderant palletized loads.
“Back to Back” racking system, is mostly advisable for palet or metal container stacking.
Advantages: Direct access to all goods. Free space arrangement. Manual or automatic stacking machinery usage option. Flexibility of height and largeness of loading units. Realisibity of “First-in-first-out” principal. Breadth-wise stacking option of pallets and containers thanks to additional security beams.
The most important advantage of the system versus mono pallet systems would be its efficient space use as it doesn’t require much uprights. Standard 's “Back to Back” systems are the most used pallet racking system. On one level between two uprights multiple pallets may be stored side-by-side. It’s most common space width is 2700 mm for three pallets or 1800 mm for 2 pool pallets placed lengthwise.
The pitch holes on the upright profiles being 50:50 mm ease changing the beam heights and so provides a flexibility for the height of palletized products to stack.
