FLOW RACKING SYSTEM FOR PALLETIZED PRODUCTS
Standard 's flow racking for palletized products to stack high amount of same kind of articles operates trough FIFO principal.
The system is formed of uprights placed one after other and creating a channel, and of rollers located between these uprights. In flow racking systems while loading is done from one direction, unloading is done on the other direction. Thanks to brake rolls, the flowing speeds of pallets are under control.
A separator system is placed between the pallet ready to unload and the following pallet. Thus, the second pallet comes in unload position by the opening of the separator system only after the unload operation for the first pallet is done and two pallets aren’t pressed.
