RACK CLAD SYSTEMS (SELF SUPPORTING WAREHOUSE SYSTEM)
Long loads are mostly disregarded in warehouse management. Meantime, realization of options and right planning are absent regarding the articles used and usage method.
The usage samples of these rackings may be seen in wood industry, wood wholesalers and in similar warehousing with long load such as steel or aluminum manufacturers. This requires the distinction of variosity of materials and the cantilever models to be chosen.
Uprights used in cantilever systems are Single Sided or bidirectional. In both methods, racking ranges may be installed as much as needed. Cantilever arms may be adjusted trough the height and weight of the products to be stacked.
At this point Standard bring in different accessories regarding the qualities of the product to stack: Cantilevers are mainly used with front fork or multidirectional stacking vehicles. For long loads, 4 directional stacking vehicles are inevitable in order to prevent the loss of space caused by aisles.
The areas of use are unlimited from the points of dimension and load capacity. Nowadays, cantilevers are used for medium or heavy duties in all fields of activity. Operating options are wide, from manual stacking tools to automatized tools & vehicles. Demands are various and the system is required to fit the stacking material, but not reverse.
