Stacking is realized trough first-in first out principle. Expiration date or product lot numbers may be easily followed.
Another advantage of this system is, its integration to automatic product flow besides its optimum space and volume use. The pallets may be used multi level with order picking level or aisle. Drive - In or Drive - Trough racking is available to be used with stacking vehicles having front fork or mast.
Classical usage may be seen at food or other similar industries. Products with small number of articles but high quantity (ex; fruits, fruit juices, cleaning and hygienic products, etc.). The channels have one way use in Drive – In system. In Drive - Trough system channels may be used bidirectional. The stacking vehicle may enter from one side and come out from the other side. If you need maximum storage capacity in minimum space Drive - In or Drive – Trough racking systems would be ideal. Load and unload operations are realized by conventional stacking vehicles access to rack channels. The form of palet rails have big role in Drive- in or Drive - Trough for its function.
