:: TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Deck Racking System is formed of light duty racking system components. All racking system is designed through “lego” system. So that, each part is joint to another according to the norms.
The carriers of the system are the uprights and it’s formed of two upright profiles connected by connector steel and rivet. Each upright profiles having two footplates.
Each upright is connected to the other lengthwise with beams. Lengthwise support for high load capacity may be provided by bracing sets attached behind the modules.
The long side of all steel decks have triple bended edges. These bends prevent injuries during the deck usage. Decks are placed on 4 deck keys that can be placed in the holes of upright profiles
Decks are placed on either on beams or on deck keys. The distance between levels is adjusted regarding the height of loads.
These distance may be adjusted by 25mm pitch. Steel decks with holes are available for separator usage. The load capacity of decks depends on steel thickness and the deck depth.
