HANGING CONVEYOR SYSTEM


Hanging system, besides its efficient contribution to the production by material flow before and after, may also be used multifunctional for storage or distribution operations. The factors effective on the system design are sale capacity, product circulation speed, product specifications and what kind of an organization the establishment needs.

The system is applied by two methods:
Trolley Carrying System: Full automized and available to use in combination with manual sliding bars or heavy rails


All operations from product input to quality control, from storage to distribution are made by the system. The real storage of products are made by dynamic conveyance units.

In conveyance without Trolley; the parts should be treated one by one if the requirements for distinction and distribution are different. HLS, high efficiency distinction system is used for this operation.

Whether for one level direct distribution or multi level distinction, the system is a good alternative for manual collective distinction operation.
